All floral designs and arrangements are subject to seasonal availability, and we reserve the right to make substitutions with similar flowers of equal or greater value.

2. Booking & Payments

2.1 Consultation & Booking

To book our services, you may be required to submit an inquiry via our Website and schedule a consultation. A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer fee are required to secure your event date.

2.2 Payments & Cancellations

  • A non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking.

  • The final payment is due by the agreed-upon date in your contract.

  • Cancellations made after booking may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your contract.

  • If an event is postponed, we will do our best to accommodate a new date, but availability is not guaranteed.

3. Pricing & Availability

All pricing is subject to change based on market conditions and seasonal flower availability. We strive to maintain agreed-upon pricing, but in the event of unforeseen price increases, we will discuss adjustments with you before making substitutions.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including but not limited to images, text, branding, and floral designs, is the property of Badger’s Flowers & Co. and may not be used, copied, or distributed without our express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Badger’s Flowers & Co. is not responsible for:

  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities to flowers or materials used in floral arrangements.

  • Delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, supplier shortages, or force majeure events.

  • Damage to florals once they have been delivered and accepted by the client or event venue.
